چکیده

Secondary plant metabolites, in particular phenolic compounds, are characterized by great diversity the kingdom and widely used medical industrial fields. The extraction of these compounds represents a critical step, differences conditions strongly affect yields total concentrations polyphenols extracts. In this way, objective present study was to optimize parameters from Lavandula stoechas using technique assisted ultrasound. Yield concentration have been optimized, taking into account three variables, time (min), ethanol (%), solvent/extract ratio (ml/g). optimum yield (31.88%) obtained ensuring following parameters: an 40%, liquid/solid 30 ml/g, processing 32.62 min. maximum (190.14 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/g) after 21.5 min extraction, with ml/g at 40%. order obtain (24.9%) GAE/g) simultaneously, must be adjusted: min, experimental values were good agreement predicted values, which suggests that ultrasonic model adopted is validated.

Optimization of ultrasound assisted extraction of antioxidant compounds from marjoram (Origanum majorana L.) using response surface methodology.

The present study optimized the ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) conditions to maximize the antioxidant activity [Ferric ion Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP)], total phenol content (TP) and content of individual polyphenols of extracts from marjoram. Optimal conditions with regard to amplitude of sonication (24.4-61.0 μm) and extraction temperature (15-35 °C) and extraction time (5-15 min)...
